Job description:

The Technical Delivery Manager will manage, coach and develop A360 offshore technical resources. You will partner with Delivery Leadership and Technical Leads to ensure the technology teams are supported, optimized, and growing, while ensuring our project delivery engine runs like a well-oiled machine. In this role, you will own the performance, career growth, continuous feedback and engagement and capability development of resources, ensuring the right skills and capacity are aligned with business and project demands.
 

Key Responsibilities

Manage a team of technical resources who deliver exceptional projects to customers

  • Assess technical skills and readiness and partner with L&D to drive upskilling, certifications, and capability development
  • Define Skills & Certification requirements by role and level , collaborating with Practice Leader
  • Manage team Skills & Certification goals with individual team members
  • Maintain Skills & Certifications in PSA
  • Partners with HR and delivery leadership to develop competency-based career paths
  • Model professional traits by leading by example, addressing gaps in behaviours and identify learning opportunities to develop professional skills Conduct 1:1’s, performance reviews, feedback sessions, and improvement plans
  • Support engagement initiatives and recognition programs
  • Support capacity planning, and resource forecasting for technical teams to ensure balanced utilization
  • Propose resources for projects in collaboration with PMs and Technical Leads
  • Manage resource ramp-up, transitions, and technical readiness across projects


Required Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years in a people management role, leading technical teams in IT/Consulting environments
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, delivery models, and workforce management 
  • Ability to translate skills into staffing and delivery decisions, growth opportunities and plans and enablement 
  • Strong employee r management and communication skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce experience (preferred)
  • Certinia PSA Experience
  • Consulting Management
  • Technical Expertise (preferably as an individual contributor)
