Professional Services Enablement Manager, Salesforce Practice
The A360 Delivery Enablement Manager is essential to enhancing productivity and effectiveness across our project teams. In this role, you’ll be hands-on, working closely with teams on active projects to identify and resolve obstacles to success. While some training elements are part of this role, its focus is on collaborating with teams to implement structured enablement programs, optimize processes, and ensure team members have the resources and support they need to deliver high-impact solutions.
In this hands-on role, you’ll engage directly with delivery teams and project stakeholders to evaluate current workflows, design strategies for process improvements, and implement enablement initiatives that align with business goals. The role requires an individual who can operate both at a strategic level and in the day-to-day, actively involved in project efforts to drive team performance and efficiency. involves collaborating with teams to identify operational gaps, implement solutions, and provide targeted support to enhance project delivery and team effectiveness.
On any given day, you might find yourself:
- Sitting with a project team to understand their pain points and collaboratively develop solutions
- Rolling up your sleeves to help streamline simplistic to complex workflows that are causing bottlenecks
- Joining team meetings & making 1-1 contacts to align teams on new processes or tools
- Leading the charge on rolling out new tools or processes
- Identifying opportunities for process automation and tool integration to reduce manual work
- Running point on tool or process implementations to ensure smooth adoption
- Attending client project and prep calls to figure out where a little extra help or a new approach might make the biggest difference
- Able to thrive in a dynamic project environment with shifting priorities, balancing immediate team needs with organizational objectives
- Equally comfortable diving into the details of day-to-day operations and stepping back to see the bigger picture.
- A hands-on problem-solver with a strong analytical approach, able to assess situations, identify key pain points and improvement opportunities, and understand the impact of enablement initiatives.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances, priorities, and organizational needs.
- Comfortable working closely with diverse teams to foster a learning culture, encouraging best practice sharing and continuous improvement.
III. Primary Responsibilities:
- On-the-ground collaboration with project teams to identify and address enablement needs, ensuring teams have the tools necessary to excel
- Partner with team leaders and subject-matter-experts to co-develop enablement strategies that address key process gaps, support team goals, and enhance delivery efficiency.
- Work closely with department heads and senior leadership to align enablement programs with organizational priorities
- Develop and maintain project enablement tools, templates, and best practices documentation to streamline team operations
- Work alongside project teams to identify process bottlenecks and implement practical solutions that improve workflow efficiency
- Deliver targeted learning opportunities and create reference guides to upskill teams on tools, processes, and methodologies essential to project success
- Help standardize project delivery methods while maintaining flexibility for different team needs
- Analyzing team feedback and metrics to identify where additional support is needed
- Coordinating with project managers to ensure enablement efforts align with project timelines
- Collaborate with the human resources to support learning and development initiatives during the onboarding process
- Perform Business Analyst or Project Manager duties to validate delivery methods and new initiatives
- Background in Consulting, Business, Operations or Project Management
- 5+ years of experience in learning and development or talent development.
- Analytical mindset and experience with a strong understanding of the project lifecycle and agile methodologies
- 3+ years of experience in a project-focused role, preferably within enablement, operations, or consulting, with direct experience in process improvements and workflow optimization.
- Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to changes in the work environment, processes, needs, tools, priorities, and technology.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a practical, results-oriented approach
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams
- Basic understanding of data analysis to measure and demonstrate impact
- Experience with training or onboarding in a project environment is a plus
- Previous experience with a Salesforce consulting partner is a plus.
