Our Developers are the heroes behind the scenes who bring to life solutions that benefit our customers. This role is constantly evolving with the speed of our partners and clients technology journeys and it is crucial to be aware and educated on new platform tools and technologies.

- Primary Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise across Salesforce cloud products and related technologies
- Coach and mentor junior developers and interns
- Perform solution and code reviews of custom development
- Continuously articulate and drive best practices to internal team members to ensure project success
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation and technical discussions
- Be first point of contact for technical unblocking, troubleshooting and RCA
- Adept in identifying platform limitations and solutions for the limitations
- Expertly leverage Salesforce.com declarative features & custom development to provide functionality as outlined in the related User Story
- Create scalable data models by customizing objects and fields and generate reports and dashboards
- Experience with platform security capabilities
- Utilize System Architecture designs and workflow designs to develop integrations to and from Salesforce using REST, SOAP or ETL
- Develop aesthetic and usable interfaces on the Salesforce Platform, Salesforce Communities, Site.com and Salesforce1 using Lightning App Builder or developing custom Lightning Web Components
- Build back-end automations and triggers on the Salesforce Platform using Flows or Apex following best practices and coding standards
- Write SQL/SOQL/SOSL and JSON queries to manipulate data
- Conduct unit testing to ensure the functionality works as expected
- Attend sprint ceremonies and client meetings to demonstrate development
- Expert in Git, Deployments and CI/CD tools
- Collaborate with the SA and/or Technical lead to develop rapid prototypes / proof of concepts to be leveraged as visuals during discovery & design phase
- Qualities of Ideal Candidate
- Understanding of all phases of the application development life cycle and understand SDLC/ Waterfall and Agile concepts the SDLC
- Practical and applied knowledge of software development best practices such as requirement tracking/documentation and code reviews
- Work experience with a professional consulting organization is a plus, including exposure to business analysis and related tasks
- Excellent time management and autonomy skills, working independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with cloud based, enterprise level packaged applications
- Advanced Salesforce.com Certifications
- Required Qualifications
- Certified Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer 2 or equivalent certifications, Architect certifications is a plus
- At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce App building and development
- At least 3 years of experience in Web Services SOAP/REST APIs
- Strong experience with Lightning Web Components
- Strong and current knowledge of Salesforce.com out of the box declarative functionality
- Strong experience in Apex programming, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC)
- Exposure to a broad range of Salesforce use cases that require configuration and AppExchange integration
- Solid understanding of Salesforce Governance Limits
- Experience in standard release management platforms such as Git, Jenkins, Bit Bucket, etc.
- Experience with Salesforce integration tools such as MuleSoft, Jitterbit or Boomi is a nice to have
- Strong analytical thinking with demonstrated ability to build algorithm
- Familiarity with data migration via tools like Data Loader or other ETL tools.
- Familiarity with OmniStudio is desirable
