Program Manager, Salesforce Practice
Accelerize 360 (A360) is a premier Salesforce.com consulting partner with a 4.8/5.0 Customer Satisfaction rating. We provide end-to-end Salesforce implementation services that drive measurable business value for our clients.
Overview
The Program Manager plays a critical leadership role across our largest client accounts — overseeing multiple projects, workstreams, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery, adoption, and long-term client success. Acting as both a strategic partner to clients and a mentor to internal delivery teams, this individual ensures excellence across all phases of program execution — from planning through delivery and continuous improvement.
This role requires a seasoned delivery professional who can think strategically, communicate clearly at the executive level, and inspire teams to perform at their best. You’ll manage multiple Project Managers, facilitate governance at the program level, and align delivery outcomes with client and A360 business objectives.
What You’ll Do
Client & Program Leadership
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all delivery across a portfolio of related projects within a key client account.
- Build trusted executive relationships, guiding clients through strategy, prioritization, and delivery alignment to business outcomes.
- Drive program governance, including financials, scope, and risk management across all workstreams.
- Partner with A360 Portfolio Directors and Practice Leads to identify new opportunities and ensure overall account health and growth.
Delivery Oversight & PM Mentorship
- Provide leadership, direction, and coaching to multiple Project Managers; ensure adherence to A360’s delivery methodology, PMO standards, and best practices.
- Monitor delivery performance, utilization, and financial metrics across all projects within your program, taking proactive steps to mitigate risks and ensure profitability.
- Lead integrated planning sessions, dependency management, and cross-team coordination to maintain alignment across all workstreams.
- Support PMO leadership by contributing to the evolution of program-level frameworks, governance models, and delivery playbooks.
Operational & Strategic Excellence
- Own program-level forecasting, budget management, and reporting — ensuring alignment with contractual commitments and business targets.
- Create and maintain executive-ready dashboards, steering committee updates, and post-implementation reviews.
- Facilitate client success reviews, value realization reporting, and roadmap planning sessions.
- Oversee change management, resource planning, and deployment readiness across all active and upcoming initiatives.
About You
You’re the type who thrives on complexity and clarity in equal measure — a master of connecting dots, simplifying chaos, and inspiring others to deliver excellence. You ask “why” before “how.” You lead with curiosity, empathy, and accountability. And you’re as comfortable in a C-suite conversation as you are coaching a PM through a sprint retrospective.
