Job description:

As Accelerize 360’s Technical Resource Manager you will play an integral part in the proactive growth of our organization and helping it to be a place where people love to work. 

 

This individual will partner closely with our Delivery Leadership and Technical Leads  to provide mentoring, coaching, training and support to the employees within our offshore technical organization.

 

The role would report into our Delivery Leadership team and closely align to Human Resources and L&D to coordinate, roll out and execute programs and initiatives that support the development needs of the organization. 

 

This role will also provide specific support to team members on a variety of

ESAT/enablement programs including soft-skills, technical growth, career-pathing,performance management, team dynamics and resource management.



 

Primary Responsibilities



 
  • Lead, inspire and manage the assigned team to grow and deliver as an A360 project resource
  • Ensure delivery excellence for the assigned resources in terms of adopting and optimizing A360’s best-practices and processes to ensure project success
  • Proactively work with A360 Project Managers, Directors and Leadership to procure and align feedback, as well as OKRs
  • Participate in team members’ utilization, forecasting and capacity planning
  • Drive operational excellence by ensuring team time cards are regularly submitted and reviewed
  • Drive employees to meet OKRs around required product certifications(SalesForce,AWS etc)
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders(PMs,Directors) to ensure tasks assigned to employees are executed as per the agreed timelines
  • Pro-actively participate and coordinate with A360 Learning and Development process & standards
  • Collaborate with L&D to develop and implement individual and team learning roadmaps and development processes to expedite the utilization of resources for billable work
  • Participate/assist in recruiting and onboarding new members
  • Responsible for performance management of the team including Performance Reviews, regular 1:1 feedback meetings
  • Create and maintain onboarding materials, checklists, and milestone tracking systems
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure smooth transitions and early success
  • Monitor new hire progress through 90-day and 6-month check-ins
  • Continuously improve onboarding processes based on feedback and outcomes
  • Ensure new employees understand company culture, values, and expectations
  • Work with employees to create individual development plans and career pathways
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development opportunities
  • Manage mentorship programs and internal mobility initiatives
  • Partner with managers to support employee goal-setting and performance improvement
  • Facilitate career conversations and succession planning discussions
  • Serve as employee advocate and liaison to leadership team
  • Identify candidates who require performance improvement and enroll them in the PIP program
  • Manage the offboarding process
  • Drive bonus and appraisal planning and execution for the team
  • Identify gaps in skill and facilitate the recruitment process for filling those gaps


 

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience working as a people manager in an IT (consulting/professional services) organization leading technical teams
 

Preferred

  • Prior Salesforce.com experience as user, admin or development role would be preferred.
  • Highly effective People Manager with experience working in a cross-functional collaboration and working with teams spread across the globe to deliver solutions.
  • Result oriented professional with ability to communicate with senior management.
  • Be a role model inculcating professionalism and leadership to foster a great environment.
  • Ability to analyze data, understand trends,forecast and develop recommendations/remediations based on the data.
  • Prior experience in handling situations within constraints as well as to challenge the status quo.
  • Prior experience in working in a fast-paced environment that requires multi-tasking and prioritization.
  • Is self-driven and takes accountability to achieve goals
 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with various stakeholders, employees and leadership.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong focus on values, culture, employee satisfaction (ESAT),delivery excellence,R&R( recognition and rewards)

  • Experienced in working with leadership to implement customized training plans that support competency-based career paths for technical roles
