Senior Manager/Supervisor

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Technology Leader to oversee and empower our offshore technical delivery team. This role is equal parts coach, strategist, and executor—focused on elevating team performance, driving technical excellence, and aligning delivery with business goals. You’ll lead a high-performing offshore team of developers, technical leads, ensuring alignment with client expectations, internal quality standards, and utilization targets.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Operations

  • Lead and manage a team of offshore Salesforce technical resources (developers, technical leads) across offshore locations.
  • Monitor and drive team performance, productivity, and utilization, ensuring alignment with global delivery goals.
  • Manage day-to-day staffing, resource planning, and workload allocation in coordination with onshore teams.

Enablement & Technical Excellence

  • Design and lead technical enablement programs to keep the team up to date with Salesforce platform advancements (e.g., Data Cloud, LWC, Service/Experience Cloud, Apex, AI).
  • Establish a technical career pathing program and clear upskilling objectives by role level.
  • Conduct regular code reviews, best practice workshops, and architectural guidance sessions.
People Development & Culture
  • Act as a mentor and coach—supporting both junior and senior team members with personalized development plans.
  • Build a strong team culture rooted in ownership, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Partner with People Ops to implement employee engagement and retention strategies.

Quality & Delivery Oversight

  • Collaborate with resource managers, project managers, technical leads and solution architects to ensure quality delivery, adherence to timelines, and technical best practices.
  • Act as technical escalation point for offshore development challenges and blocker resolution.
  • Support onboarding of new team members and ensure a consistent ramp-up experience.
Metrics & Reporting
  • Own reporting on offshore team utilization, performance metrics, skills inventory, and capacity planning.
  • Regularly assess delivery velocity and proactively identify optimization opportunities.
     

What You Bring

  • 8+ years of experience in Salesforce.com implementation and technical delivery.
  • 3+ years in a leadership or people management role, preferably overseeing offshore teams.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce core clouds (Sales, Service, Experience) and technical stack (Apex, LWC, integrations, Data Model).
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce development lifecycle, DevOps practices, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Passion for mentoring and upskilling talent; experience designing learning journeys or enablement programs is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across time zones and cultures.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or System Architect) highly preferred.
